  • Rental-related services (where applicable)

  • Merchant preparation time

  • Order volume

  • Distance and location

Cousins Group strives to deliver orders as quickly and efficiently as possible but does not guarantee exact delivery times.

  1. Delivery Fees
    Delivery fees are calculated based on factors such as:

All applicable delivery fees are displayed before order confirmation.

  1. Cash Payments
    All deliveries on the Cousins Group platform operate on a cash-only payment basis.

    If the customer is unavailable at the delivery location:

  • The driver may attempt to contact the customer

  • The order may be cancelled or returned depending on the situation

Additional charges may apply in certain cases.

  1. Responsibility & Risk
    Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer upon successful delivery.
    Cousins Group is not responsible for issues arising after delivery confirmation.

  2. Failed or Delayed Deliveries
    In case of a failed or significantly delayed delivery caused by Cousins Group or the merchant, the issue will be reviewed and handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policies.
