These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Cousins Group mobile application, website, and services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

Cousins Group operates as a technology platform that facilitates the connection between customers, stores, and delivery partners. Cousins Group does not own, manage, or control the products sold by stores unless explicitly stated.

Users agree to provide accurate and complete information, including delivery address and contact details. Cousins Group shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the user.

All prices, delivery fees, and service availability are subject to change based on location, demand, and store policies. Cousins Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at its discretion.

Any misuse, fraud, or violation of Lebanese laws or these Terms may result in suspension or permanent termination of the user account.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lebanon.
